Upon arrival if no one answers the door, we call or text them several times.  

If the recipient cannot be reached, depending on the location, we will leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area.  We will call the recipient leaving them a message, letting them know a gift has been delivered to them.

We do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times, but not guaranteed.  Orders over the Internet must be received before 12:00 noon for same day delivery.  Orders received after that time will be delivered on the next business day.  Delivery times are during normal business hours.

If this is the case with your gift, we will ensure the style, theme & color scheme is preserved & will only substitute items of equal value. Each design is hand-made as closely as possible to the picture.    Prices & availability of seasonal flowers may vary. 

Our Guarantee/Replacement Policy  We guarantee percent satisfaction on all floral items.  If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  We will be happy to exchange or provide a replacement.
